HTI Construction, Inc., is a company built on honesty, trust and integrity.
With over 45 years of experience and knowledge in underground utility construction, Mr. Gutierrez, along with his son Thomas, decided to venture into the construction industry in 2016.

With over 45 years of experience and knowledge in underground utility construction, Mr. Gutierrez, along with his son Thomas, decided to venture into the construction industry in 2016.
Henry Gutierrez has held a supervisory position for multiple reputable companies, allowing him to serve as Superintendent for Mercer Construction, Uticon Inc., Matula & Matula Construction Inc., and Sorrell Construction. His experience and knowledge in water lines, storm sewers, sanity sewers, paving, and concrete construction is evident in each of his employees, due to the hands on training he has provided each of them with. We will provide you with the confidence of knowing that your job is being completed by skilled & trained professionals.
Mr.Gutierrez has supervised and assisted in multiple million dollar projects of various sizes including: Stella Marie Subdivision in Galveston, Heritage Oaks in Angleton, Lake Bend Subdivision in Clute, Lane Drive Rehab in Rosenberg, Sunrise Meadows in Rosenberg, and Sewer Plant and Vacuum Line in Sargent.
